Apply for a Mortgage Loan
The first step on the way
to funding your mortgage is to complete the online Quick
Application or to contact one of our Loan Consultants,
at (888) 835-3900, who will quickly take your loan application
over the phone. After applying online, a Loan Consultant
will contact you within a business day to help you with
your particular loan scenario.
-
Loan Approval
Once your loan has been
approved, the Loan Consultant will contact you to help
you lock your interest rate, open escrow, and order your
appraisal.
- Loan Package
Concurrent with your loan
approval, you will receive a loan package in the mail containing:
- A copy of your application for
you to sign.
- A set of disclosure documents
for you to review and sign.
- A list of documents for you
to copy and return with the signed loan application
and disclosures.
For your convenience, we provide
a return envelope with our return address pre-printed
and postage paid. If you do not receive your loan package
within five business days, please contact your Loan Consultant
at (888) 835-3900, or click
here to send us e-mail.
-
Removal of Conditions
Once we receive your signed
loan application, signed disclosure forms, and copies
of your supporting documentation, we will remove the conditions
on your loan approval. If there are any outstanding conditions
remaining after we receive all of your paperwork, your
Loan Consultant will contact you to help expedite the removal
of the remaining conditions. Once all conditions are removed
from your loan approval, we will draw up your loan documents
and coordinate the closing of your loan with you and the
other third parties involved, such as an escrow company.
-
Signing
Once your loan documents
have been drawn, they will be shipped to your escrow company
or we will deliver them personally to you, for you to
review and sign.
-
Funding
After you sign the loan
documents and all conditions have been satisfied, your
chosen lender will fund your loan. Funding times differ
based on loan type and local lending requirements. Contact
your Loan Consultant to find out the details of your transaction.
